Meetings that bring everyone in.
Make the room as useful to the person joining remotely as it is to the people around the table.
Start with the meeting, then design the system.
An executive boardroom, a small huddle space and a training room have different demands. GPR begins with the room layout, the number of participants, the presentation sources and the conferencing platforms your team uses. That conversation shapes display placement, camera coverage, microphone selection and the control experience.
Audio is part of the experience.
A camera cannot compensate for unclear speech. Beamforming microphones, ceiling speakers and digital signal processing can be coordinated with the room’s layout and use. We consider both the people speaking in the room and the participants listening at the far end.
Connect the platforms your team uses.
GPR’s capabilities include Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex and Google Meet integration, with BYOD presentation and room control. Platform requirements, network access and device selection are coordinated during design rather than left for installation day.
Hand over a room people can operate.
Commissioning includes testing the agreed workflows: starting a meeting, sharing content, adjusting the room and ending a session. User training helps your team understand the controls and the supported ways to connect.

Questions before you begin
Can you work with an existing room?
Yes. An assessment can identify what should remain, what needs replacement and which infrastructure or network dependencies affect the upgrade.
Do you choose the platform for us?
We work from your organization’s requirements and preferred platforms. The room design must account for licensing, network policy and the intended meeting workflow.
Your next space.
Your next possibility.
